When do you ship items?

After the PREORDER period, the manufacturing will take about 3 weeks to complete. I will ship once they arrive ASAP!

If there is an in-stock item, I ship all orders once a week on Fridays or Saturdays. This is because I do this tiny shop in my free time as a grad student. Please be kind! Thank you for your patience :3

Why does my charm appear scratched or is dull?

This might be because there is still a protective plastic layer on the charm or standee! Remember to peel it off once you get them :)
